Veera Mobility Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Goods once shipped are not eligible for return, exchange, alteration, or cancellation. Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery.
The product must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition with packaging and invoice. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products that are used, mounted, or fitted to a vehicle are not eligible for return. Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or installation will also not be accepted.
Any damaged or defective product must be reported before usage with an unboxing video. No refunds or replacements will be provided after usage or without an unboxing video.
Return Process
To request a return, share your order number, product details, and issue description via email. Providing clear photos and videos (if required) will help in faster verification. Once approved, our team will guide you with the return or pickup process.
Replacements
Replacements will be provided only after inspection and verification of the returned product. All replacements are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not available or the return request is approved. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method. The time taken to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Important Conditions
Return requests raised after the specified timeframe may not be approved. All deliveries are considered accepted if no issue is reported within the allowed time.
