Order Processing
At Veera Mobility, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Shipping Locations
We ship across India and internationally, subject to serviceability. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
Shipping Policy
International Orders:
Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
Domestic Orders:
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, Speed Post, or parcel service companies based on pincode availability. Orders are dispatched within 6–8 days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.
Veera Energies / Veera Mobility is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities and only ensures handover of the shipment within the committed timeframe.
All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer, and delivery of services will be confirmed via the registered email ID.
Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Veera Energies is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery Attempts
Delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the shipment may be returned and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order is damaged, tampered, or incomplete, report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper details and proof for support.
Unexpected Delays
Delays may occur due to weather disruptions, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
